Conflict Management Systems has been offering martial arts, self-defense, and fitness classes in the Citrus Heights, CA area since early 2003. Owned and operated by Close Combat and Self Defense Expert Keith Miller, CMS strives to provide realistic and modern training for people from all walks of life. Bridging the gap between the military, police, and the aware citizenry; our programs will provide you with the tools necessary to take a stand against violence.

We are located at 6238 Greenback Lane, in Citrus Heights, California.

We offer weekly classes in various systems and programs ranging from Close Quarters Combat Training, MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), and our FUSION Martial Arts for Kids Program.
